According to Minogue, \u201cSamhain, or Halloween as it has come to be known, was actually New Year\u2019s Eve on the old Irish and Celtic calendar and was arguably the most important day of their year! <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The children\u2019s tradition of otherworldly creatures coming to life on Halloween has its origins in the ancient feast of Samhain.\u201d \u00c1ine Minogue is an artist who has long explored Ireland\u2019s themes and who captures its very essence. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
