This\u00a0\u201cCall to Makers\u201d\u00a0goes out to\u00a0families, individuals, community\u00a0businesses, artists and arts enthusiasts of all ages! All “re-Trees” will be labeled with a 4×6 plaque stating the name(s) of creator(s) or businesses. Last year’s Best in Show re-Tree was created by the Tiverton Senior Center.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

This showcase of re-Trees will be dispersed throughout the grounds of Tiverton Four Corners and will open on Bright Night December 4\u00a0th\u00a0<\/sup>4-7pm. There is a cash prize of $150 awarded for\u00a0\u00a0Best in Show\u00a0\u00a0and in addition the\u00a0\u00a0Popular Vote\u00a0\u00a0winning re-Tree will receive a prize package of items from Four Corners businesses at the closing reception on December 18th.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Basic requirements for trees are:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-must be composed of 90% recycled,\u00a0\u00a0reclaimed or repurposed materials<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-must light up using LED or Solar lights<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-must be outdoor friendly and secure when standing.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-trees should be no smaller than 5 feet and no taller than 9 feet.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

-must be installed by Bright Night on December 4\u00a0th\u00a0<\/sup>\u00a0for the initial judging and must be maintained\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>until December 18\u00a0th<\/sup>\u00a0\u00a0to be considered for the popular vote.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
