Linden Place Mansion planning full schedule of outdoor events for holiday season<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Linden Place Mansion will celebrate the holiday season with a full slate of holiday events, entirely compliant with the State of Rhode Island\u2019s COVID-10 public health recommendations.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

With a Take it Outside grant offered through Reopening RI, Linden Place has been able to obtain the infrastructure needed to move indoor activities to the outdoors, allowing people to gather safely for dining, family activities and more.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The schedule includes everything from interactive hot cocktail nights with firepits, live music, Adirondack chairs and BYOB (bring your own blanket!), an Artisan Market, holiday concerts, a Family Holiday Fun Day and more \u2014 all in the sculpture gardens, which have been transformed into a true winter wonderland with the addition of thousands of lights!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Saturday, Dec. 5; 1 to 3 p.m.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Drop by the Linden Place gardens for an afternoon of outdoor fun! Scavenger hunts, crafts, fun refreshments, great family photo ops, visits by Disney characters, story time and more!\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1st Annual Artisan Market<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Saturday, Dec. 12; 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

This first-ever event, co-hosted by Bristol Art Museum, features local artisans and their handcrafted products in the festively decorated Linden Place Gardens in the heart of downtown Bristol.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Hump Day Holiday Cocktail Series with Two Gals Cocktails<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Wednesdays, Dec. 2, 9 & 16; 6 to 7:30 p.m.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Learn the tricks of creating trendy hot cocktails from the professionals! Set in the outdoor courtyard with live music, fire pits, heat lamps and BYOB (bring your own blanket), this series is sure to get you into the holiday spirit!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Linden Place Holiday Concert Series<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Friday, Dec. 4; 6 p.m. & Sunday, Dec. 6; 2 p.m.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Annual Holiday Concert with celebrated tenor and pianist,\u00a0Michael DiMucci. Michael brings his annual\u00a0concert to the Linden Place tented gardens this year! Enjoy\u00a0Christmas standards, and the hugely popular audience sing-a-long.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Friday, Dec. 11; 6 p.m.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The sounds of Be-bop, jazz standards, Greg Abate\u2019s original compositions and some holiday classics will fill Linden Place’s tented gardens with the music of the\u00a0Greg Abate Quartet.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Saturday, Dec. 12; 6 p.m.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

From Herbie Hancock to Miles Davis, up to contemporary jazz performers such as Grover Washington Jr., Dave Grusin, Tom Scott, and Steely Dan, get outside with\u00a0Project Flynn\u00a0for a memorable\u00a0night of music and fun!\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Sunday, Dec. 13; 2 p.m.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Come enjoy a classical Christmas concert by\u00a0Your Favorite Brass Quintet, the in-residence quintet at Salve Regina University. This afternoon of holiday-inspired music will have you feeling like you stepped into a winter wonderland.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Please note that mask wearing and social distancing is required to make these concerts safe for all!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
