James Edgar, a department store owner who loved children made history by creating a red suit from the images of a man named Thomas Nast. It was the largest Santa gathering of the world.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

In keeping with tradition, Brockton will honor James Edgar at Greater Brockton\u2019s 23rd Annual Holiday Parade.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
