Visitors from Boston and beyond have a final chance to behold the\u00a0golden king\u2019s treasures before they return to Cairo to join the full permanent collection at the new Grand Egyptian Museum,\u00a0which is supported by exhibition proceeds.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000095;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cThis exhibit is one of the most interesting and exciting in the world, and I\u2019m proud that Boston will be the only Northeast city to host this collection,\u201d said Boston Mayor Martin J. Nearly five times the size of that tour which presented 32 objects,\u00a0<em>KING TUT: Treasures of the Golden Pharaoh<\/em> explores the meaning of the items in the royal tomb and the dual storyline of its discovery against all odds. The pharaohs who succeeded King Tut nearly managed to erase him from history. Had British archaeologist Howard Carter not persisted in his quest, the boy king\u2019s legacy and treasures could have been forever lost to the sands of Egypt.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-532 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/dodgemillmuseum.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/M-TUT-7sJM-B33.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"178\" height=\"178\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000095;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cThis King Tut exhibition is one of the biggest cultural\u00a0attractions in the world.
