One week from today our virtual arts and music festival,\u00a0Home Is Where The Art Is<\/span><\/a>, will kick off with live performances on social media.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

This 3-day festival will help\u00a0raise awareness and money to support the\u00a0Cape Cod Arts Relief Fund<\/span><\/a>\u00a0for local artists who have lost income due to the pandemic. Phase two funding will work to support our cultural organizations rebuild for the future.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Since launching the fund in April,\u00a0nearly 150 artists have applied for funding.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We recently distributed almost $13,000 to 35 applicants\u00a0that included visual artists, gig musicians, photographers, illustrators, art teachers, and arts-related contractors like sound and design techs.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
