One week from today our virtual arts and music festival, Home Is Where The Art Is, will kick off with live performances on social media.
This 3-day festival will help raise awareness and money to support the Cape Cod Arts Relief Fund for local artists who have lost income due to the pandemic. Phase two funding will work to support our cultural organizations rebuild for the future.
Since launching the fund in April, nearly 150 artists have applied for funding.
We recently distributed almost $13,000 to 35 applicants that included visual artists, gig musicians, photographers, illustrators, art teachers, and arts-related contractors like sound and design techs.
