Saint Patty’s Supper, with Chef Joe Cizynski

Tuesday, March 17, from 5:30-7:30 pm. St. Patrick’s Day occurs annually on March 17 in observance of the death of St. Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland.

 

What began as a religious feast day in the 17th century has evolved into a variety of festivals across the globe celebrating Irish culture with parades, special foods, music, dancing, and a whole lot of green!

 

Join us for an authentic buffet-style Irish dinner prepared by Chef Joe Cizynski.

 

The menu will include Guinness braised Irish lamb stew, house-cured corned beef, cabbage and root vegetables, Dubliner roasted Irish salmon with dill cucumbers, Irish soda breads, and special St. Patrick’s Day desserts.
